I've been catching up on Journal Entries still today, I'm slowly getting there. If I don't get to them today, I'll get to them over the next few nights, hopefully.

I'm working on Japan stuff today. Last week, I picked up the Japan Rail passes, and even when I had the airplane tickets in my hand, it hadn't really hit me that Christine and I are really going to Japan - in just over 2 weeks, even.

With the Japan Rail tickets in hand, we can now travel all across Japan unemcumbered - including the numerous Shinkansen trains (excluding a select few on certain paths, and the executive-type "Green" buses, unless we pay a premium). Now what I need to do is organize the Hotels and Inns that we plan to stay at. I figure that I'll set out a calendar and determine where we'll be each day - as I see it, Kinnon has helped me with this by setting out a small itinerary which has jump-started my want to organize where we're gonna be staying at.

I feel that this week is going to be a very busy week with setting up hotels, tours, visits and the like, but thankfully I have the following week off (just by luck) just before we fly out, so we can relax and organize any last-minute details. When I got the JR Passes I got a couple of tour flyers which have some really enticing tours. I really think I should visit the Ghibli Museum and "lose our way... together". Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Palace, Akihabara... just so many places to go! :D

At some point I need to find out the date estimated that the Sakura Blossoms will bloom... oh here we go, right here. *looks* Oh my goodness, my timing could not be more perfect. Our first week there, they'll be blossoming in Tokyo; the following week they'll be blossoming in Kyoto - that's the current plan I have, in terms of travelling. *beaming*

Ahh, good, I found a map of the Tokyo Railway System. *boggles at immensity*

Hah! I was typing my name and put "Japan Wesley" before I realized what I had written. XD

Down to 100 entries. Not bad for a day's work of reading. :P
