Here are some links, today gleaned from BoingBoing:

The people at BoingBoing don't know the backstory behind the Free Robot Sex picture, and neither do I. But it's a great laugh. XD

Unfortu.net (great URL name) has an Anagram Map of the London Underground. Awexome!

GUIMP is home to the world's smallest games - literally 18 pixels large! Navigate through the pages (if you can get the mouse on the buttons) and you can play Pong, Pac-Man, Breakout, even Pinball, "Footy", and Space Invaders, in a teeny-tiny screen until you get a headache. :P

In other news, I just discovered therough Slashdot that Sony is discontinuing production and research on AIBO and QRIO.

...

I have no more words to say right now, other than "I guess I'd better get some replacement batteries for TK soon"... *sob*

Well, to look on the bright side of things, I still own an AIBO (a precocious one, at that) and I have proof that I once held the incredible QRIO in my arms. (On a totally optimistic note, I wonder if they plan to sell their QRIO models ;) )

There was spilled rice in the elevator this morning when I got home after work. How odd. :|

Anyhow, I wanted to quickly update people on how the condo looks these days. Well, not so much my condo itself, but the building.

They've started moving on the hallway upgrades. The two-tone paint has been applied (as they say, to "hide the spackle" or whatever the heck that rough-like stuff is called. It looks really nice now, and they're currently working on repainting the main floor, which all of a sudden looks a lot brighter (and that's saying something, considering the previous colour was a muted yellow).

The carpet hasn't been changed yet, and last I heard it wouldn't be ready until August, but considering the speed at which things are moving here, I expect mid-year.

And finally, they mentioned something about a stone tile on the walls around the elevator areas on each floor. No tiles on the floor as apparently people had complained in the past about noise from the tiles, but even so, this place is going to look so nice when its renovations are completed. :D

And now, off to sleep. :D
