I have finally figured out that BOINC is what crashes my computer when it gets overworked. When I've been playing games, it'd typically lock up after a few minutes. Now that I turned off BOINC, it works fine. :D

I've been playing this incredibly involved game that was made by one guy ("Pixel") over the course of a few years, called "Cave Story" ("Doukutsu Monogatari"). And the best of everything, it's totally free and translated. :D

The original game is in Japanese, and you can download the game here, and then slap on an English Translation Patch here. :D They translated the instructions and the Options menu (i.e. everything, so you almost couldn't tell it was Japanese. You can even download the music player and they translated that as well.

I basically turned it on after dinner (around 7:30) and played until the sun came down - about 2 hours. It's highly addictive and really straightforward. It's awesome. :D
