(no subject)

Heh, someone on the TOPL board is selling a Karate Champ for $100 (with slightly wonky sound if it's too loud, and a monitor that wobbles for the first 15 minutes on startup). I've never played Karate Champ, so I went looking for some information on it. I ended up finding one of those New Wave Journalism articles (with an actual hybrid of New Wave and information on the game itself), which made me laugh.

We're out at the Church of the Silver Ball tonight for TOPL. I probably won't boggle at it like I did last time I was there, but still, he's got a lot of pins. :D (And apparently now, a Crusin' USA.)

Before I head out tonight, I need to check with my sister. Apparently "since the storm", her computer hasn't been working. (Uh-oh. Might need to find a replacement power source or something more. And maybe a surge protector. =\)

Is anyone planning to go see The White Stripes in September at the Molson Ampitheatre? My neighbour is interested in going, but she desn't have anyone to go with. I was thinking that maybe some people might like to go with her, but I also realized that you should meet before I just ask two strangers to go to a concert. :P
