A little while ago, I mentioned that I cooked up about 10 pounds of beef for my various meals and due to the overabundance, I had enough servings to last me for the week.
It's now Wednesday of week 2, and I still have half of the prepared foods in my freezer, which is frosting over and seems to be getting cold enough that little tiny snowmen are forming inside, and begging for me to let them out.
I grabbed one of the meals this morning and lugged its frozen disc to work, where it's currently residing (and hopefully thawing) in the fridge here.
I have Chilly Chili.
