I got in to work on-time today! :P
I must remember that getting on the 7:13 bus at my place is a pretty good, fast, trip. Anyhow, when I stepped out the front door of the condo complex this morning, I saw the bus sitting at the corner, and I figured I wouldn't catch it in time. But as I got closer to it, the light had changed and it could've taken off - but it hadn't. By the time I reached the road, I ran across and got on the very bus that I had seen when I left the front door. The bus driver said, very simply, "I saw you and another person who looked like you were wanting to grab the bus - never give up!" with a huge smile.
That's made my day, right there. :D

Pope Benedict XVI has lifted the 5-year "waiting period" on John Paul II's sainthood. Wow. This is BIG news. Brava!
