What a busy day!
As I was working the afternoon shift today, I was planning to pick up some boxes and do a little bit of packing today with Dave before heading out.
Instead, I got a flurry of phone calls from people, especially the lawyer. It turns out that I needed to sign all the documents today, or by 10:30am at the latest tomorrow. As I can't quite do that tomorrow (y'know, work), I drove over there to cash the cheque Dad got from my Money Market Fund this morning (the remainder of my downpayment), get a Bank Draft, and pay the lawyer.
It was a day of driving stuff around, let me tell you.
However, it's all been signed, and hopefully when I leave work tomorrow I'll be able to meet up with Mom and Dad and look over my new condo! :D
