Last night, I was expecting a much more somber atmosphere. After work I expected to drive over to Chris and Ysa's, pick up them and Emily, and leave the place, never to return.

Instead, I walked into a small circle of friends who were laughing and whooping it up. It was a definite change for the better. ^_^

Much alcohol was drunk (mostly before I arrived), and only me and Ysa didn't drink. We just hung out and just chatted for hours, cleaned out the fridge, and left.

Oh yeah. Yaoi-type pictures were taken. XD

We returned to my house and pretty much tossed the original plan (sleep until 5:00) out the window - we watched Monty Python and some Zaion. By this time it was time to get some breakfast and wake-up drinks (tea and coffee), and headed to the airport.

And it went way too fast. Once we got to the check-in, they were told to move into Customs immediately. And they were gone. ;_;

Their place were a really accessible meeting point for almost all the fanpeeps. And they had enough room to spare, too. ;_;

That does it, I'm gonna work towards finding a place of my own. Then we can have lots of people over and Gatherings.

It still won't be the same.

Dad tells me that it's not a good time to purchase a house. The market is oversaturated and the prices are inflated. He believes that once the election passes and taxes have been settled, it'd be a better time. That might be this year, hopefully.

Looking at a Mortgage Calculator, it appears I could get a $150,000 house at a rate of 6.5%, and that'd cost about $1000 a month. That's not that bad... That's also 20 years.

~~~
Oh Yes! Wyoming. It's a cool websiode of Jerry Seinfeld with Superman. Animated. Cool. ^_^
I'm exceptionally artistic!
Find your soul type
at kelly.moranweb.com.
Hasn't anyone ever told you that you're artistic?
Fair enough. Perhaps they haven't. But now that you know, you must become one with your inner self.
Virtues: You look for immense creativity and individuality in people, including yourself. You're not happy with anything less than brilliant, and you focus on being expressive. You value energy, liveliness, and upbeat personalities, but you're not supportive of moodiness when you yourself can be unreliably moody. Seeking activity, you like the bustle of business but need the secluded atmosphere of a studio or private corner.
Aspirations: You feel the need to express your talents, whether it be through writing, drawing, singing, dancing, composing, performing, or photographing. While you strive to ever improve your work, you want to display it as soon as possible when your impatience kicks in. You want to be a prodigy but you might not have the means right at your fingertips. Trust me, do NOT move to New York to do it. Yeesh!
Quirks: Conformists bother you because of their lack of individuality. You're often late or unreliable. You're showy and refuse to share the spotlight. You only tell little white lies. You worm your way into the hearts of others, but be careful; some people despise the show-offs.
Factors: Surround yourself with activity and you'll always have material to work with. Involve friends and family in your projects so they don't feel like envious outsiders.
Future: Show business or not, you'll settle down happily if you're among those who appreciate your natural talents and desire to perform. Don't stay in one place too long, and don't be too hasty in defining your relationships. Who are you to judge what only time will tell?
Interesting. I'm perpetually late for EVERYTHING. :)
So, after I got home, I went to bed and decided I was gonna get up around noon, so I would fall asleep at a decent hour tonight. I went to bed at 8am, and woke up at 12 to turn off my alarm, and then was awoken at 2pm. :P
I had no drive to leave the house today, so I didn't. I've since watched the end of Zaion (it's fairly good, but not a sleeper I'd say), listened to the first Invader Zim disc (of 2) with Commentary (which is great), and put this stuff on my car tires called "Tire Tint" or somesuch. My tires now sparkle blue-ishy. :P
By this time Chris and Ysa are likely on their flight from Los Angeles to Hawaii. ;_;
B3ta linkage starts again. :P I found this kitten on a motorbike to be highly entertaining - a lot of people are using this "FLC" add-on to get video into Flash, and this works very well. :) Oh, awhile ago the mention of bukkake brought this to my mind - and it's kinda work-sfae if your co-workers don't know what it is. :P Here's a new Weebl & Bob about visiting the Pikea. I like the corn driver in the car ahead of them. XD Margareeeeeen! This game is complex.
