I'm sorry I'm not my usual talkative self. I know that some people like the fact that I've gone from 5 posts-an-hour to one-a-day <j/k> but I'm feeling so out of it these days.

Once I find a focus I think I'll be better. And some brain-activating exercises at work.

Am I stressed? No, I don't think I am. I just feel really lazy, which is never good. I haven't been surfing and finding interesting websites. I haven't been really chatty about a lot of things.

But hey, i there's one odd thing that happened today, it was that I heard a siamese fighting fish (betta) eating a food pellet. He grabbed it (freshly dropped into the tank so it was still hard) and moved to the middle of the tank, and with a *kkrnch kkrnch* sound he chewed on it. And I could hear it.

Anyhow... hm. Maybe I should go do some stretching/relaxation exercises. G'nite.

So, I just decided to go swimming this morning. Woke up around 11:15 or so (a dream I had involved androids integrating themselves into society, as well as one specific female android kinda falling apart due to a virus - what a strange dream for me to have :P), and just decided to go swim for a bit before the feeling wore off.

I swam 20 lengths (which wasn't bad, I think the Douglas Snow is an Olympic-standard swimming pool) over an hour, decided against "cooling off" in the sauna or whirlpool (maybe next time), popped over to the library and reserved I, Robot, then came home.

I definitely feel the burn. :P

Mom showed me this article on travelling to Japan for a CIR or ALT in the JET program. For some reason, the knowledge in the fourth page (which, oddly enough, seems to be verbatim on the fifth page) is making me smirk. :P

I have travelled to the following countries:

And travelled to (or through) the following states:

Went to France and Italy in my OAC (Grade13) year. That was about 5 or 7 years ago, and I was on such an anime kick at that point.

New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio are from when I went to the Motorpop2 and saw Saku, and Florida is from when I went to Disneyland (when I was, like, 5).

EDIT: I smell nothing more than chlorine. O.o

A report today that a whale exploded in Taiwan goes on to report that over 100 people visited the site to see its 5-foot penis. As if the exploding whale story wasn't enough to stomach.

Come see Lions and Tigers in Kenya!

I'd say "Turn up your speakers and play this funky dolphin game, but it's plenty loud. And pretty visually loud, too. A blast to play. ^_^ (And it's got some Japanese rock song, too...)

I lasted 32.807 seconds on this incredibly simple game. It's a bugger to keep going, tho. (Don't touch the black edge, either...) Someone please beat that score! I can't be THAT good a player :P

You may have seen the Visual Thesaurus before, but this is an interesting program that matches a band with similar artists. MusicPlasma. Wait around enough on a band and it plays a few tracks of that artist.

Worm Battleship! And to counteract that gross game, Baby Panda! ^_^

Rock Concert Movement #237:

Taking the audience on a Jungian journey into the collective unconscious by using the shadow as a metaphor for the primal self that gets repressed by the modern persona and also by using an underground setting in the labyrinth office design to represent both the depths of the psyche and the dungeon-like isolation of our increasingly mechanistic society which prevents people from finding satisfying work or meaningful connections with others.
