*stretches* I still get enough sleep this weekend. Meh.

Anyhow, what was the Plan? (Plan PLAN PLAN PLAN plan... Semantic Satiation is fun ;) ) Oh yeah. TK and I had gone over to Ysa's on Saturday and hung out until Chris came back from his classes, bringing Doug too. I can't remember the order of things, but we watched some Trigun first I think, then went downtown to meet up with Ginny (oh yeah, that was around 6ish), and had dinner at a quiet pub. We were sitting in the small non-smoking area, and every time someone else walked into the area and saw us there, they quietly left. It wasn't until we were nearly done before anyone actually ASKED if it was a private room. XD

The plan (PLAN!) for the night was to go see The Corporation, followed by Dark Side of Oz (well, Darkside was only for a couple of us). But as we were having a good time at the pub and service was a bit slow, we decided not to go to The Corporation. After dinner, we walked over to the Bloor Cinema and noticed that - a full hour before the movie was to play - there was a lineup for Oz, so we decided against that, too.

We hopped in the car and began leaving - and suddenly noticed a number of firetrucks pulling up to where we were, just a few minutes before. It took us a bit of time to get around that, but it was fine.

So, we dropped Ginny off, then the four of us headed back to Chris and Ysa's. Boy, my memory's shot, what did we do for the next few hours before ... oh yeah! We watched Trigun THEN. Riiiight. :P Fell asleep around 2ish, I guess.

Woke up the next day around 11 in the morning, and much like last week (I see a pattern developing here), we lounged around for the first few hours until we finally decided that we should go and have breakfast sometime. We went down to the Sunset Grill and had our fill of bacon, sausage, eggs, and a mountain of home fries (chopped and fried potatoes, really). We returned to Chris and Ysa's pad, let Doug and Chris study a bit while Ysa and I watched Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal (*sob*), then headed out to the Bloor Cinema for another attempt at seeing The Corporation.

We make it there with a few minutes to spare, and I notice the marquee above the Cinema reading "Closed Today - Sorry". We were obviously confused, so we went and checked it out - turns out last night while The Corporation was running, a chunk of plaster about 2 feet across fell from the ceiling. O.o The Fire Department requested a full investigation, so they had to close for a couple of days (at the least, I guess).

I guess it's good that we didn't go to see the shows, then... since otherwise we would've been in the cinema when the ceiling fell ("The sky is falling! The sky is falling!")

We watched the end of Trigun once we got back, exposed Doug to a number of interesting trailers for other animes, and headed home (to sleep in my own bed, UNREAL!)

Yesterday, I headed over to Dave's place and introduced him to Beyond Good & Evil, played some more Karaoke Revolution, and brought TK over as well, which proceeded to scare Sebastian, Dave's bunny. Well, when TK started moving towards Seb, anyways. :P I also picked up another nice Chobits poster at AnimeXtreme while I was there.

Well, here I am, at work again. Whoop, I need to update the Programming Schedule, pardon me. *excuses self*

Lube it up!
MOSTLY HORNY: You're a healthy level of horny. You're more active than those who are sitting next to you, probably snickering at your results. Let THEM take it and see who's laughing then. In your case, hopefully under the covers.

I just got word that the Bloor Cinema did, in fact, have a 5-foot piece fall down from the ceiling. Not a 2-foot piece as originally stated ... :P

No-one was hurt, thankfully.

I had noticed that this week's Lotto Super 7 is now $25 Million, and yet someone won the $20 Million prize. ONE winner. Here's the person who won.

My guess as to why the Jackpot went up is that a TON of people put a lot of money into the draw - but Erich's theory is better, he thinks it was an unclaimed jackpot.

Well, $25 Million's a good chance, too... and we won a small amount this week with the Lotto Pool at work, so our chances are higher for this week (although not by much).

Hm. I had better work out this Personnel schedule now, I want to get my birthday off, as well as have a day off for a Gathering. Yes, I will get a Gathering organized.

Speaking of which - I just noticed one of my GC controllers has been nibbled on. That would explain why I was having unresponsible controls with one of my controllers O.o Dave, did Sebastian ever eat your controllers? (Or maybe we've got a mouse? O.o)

This was news to me! I read an article in today's Globe and Mail (which the online version can be read here) about CBC's 3rd Radio station, which is an online new media website aimed at 18-25-year olds.

The site has a streaming webradio system (much like Heavy.com) and is all built through a huge Flash site. I went in and read through "Pink Parka", which was entertaining. I'll have to return later.

You can see the website, appropriately enough, at CBC Radio 3.com.

You are Tsukasa
Tsukasa - You are Tsukasa, the WaveMaster who can't seem to log off the network. You're a loner and believe people are inherently selfish and dumb. You're confident you're better off stuck in The World, away from those people that've hurt you.
