New Year's Resolutions

Anybody have any?

I thought of one on the way home. I think I really should apply this one.

I resolve to enjoy technology, not depend on it.

My Palm handles all my scheduling and stuff - only problem is, I only consult it after making arrangements. What I'd like to do is work on my memory retention so I don't depend on this little Black Machine to act as my Primary Brain. Can anyone recommend any good Memory-enhancing ideas, games, etc to help me out?

In the meantime, I'm going to look over my Palm and see what's coming up this weekend, and try not to consult it again.

On a side note, I now know that I drive less than 20,000km a year. See, now why is it that I'll remember that and not more important stuff like people's birthdays?

After a sound sleep last night, I went and visited Kevin, Donna, Mel and Phil today... no wait, let's see... due to other duties, I met up with Kevin and Donna first at Gary's, then headed downtown.

I have Kevin his gift for Christmas. He ended up putting it on later. ^_^

We then met up with Roupen for lunch. We went to Hairy Tarantula, looked over several cool comics and their giant selection o' anime (as bad as that comic was that Roupen handed me - xXxenophobia or something like that? - it's the same artist as the Myth Adventures books! I loved that artist...)

We then tripped over to Roupen's to pick up a bag of Sparkly dice that Kevin left there about 18 months ago :P, then dropped him off early at work, then went over to Emily's and she showed them around her humble abode. ^_^ From there, we went to a very nice sushi place in the downtown area. I would go there again. Ninki Sushi. :)

Dropped Kevin, Donna, Mel, and Phil back at Gary's place so they could get ready for their trips back out of town and headed on home.

I may take a crack at that Gigantic Crossword I mentioned a few days ago - we looked at it tonight and I actually think I might know a fair deal of the words! :)

Tomorrow I leave the car behind for once and I head downtown. :P I'm certain there's gonna be tons of Karaoke Revolution and DDRing tomorrow !

Oh, Chris and Ysa, I've stopped by for the final time tonight to water the plants and clean up your mail. I've also left something there for you both - I figure you'll figure out what goes to whom :P I guess you'll need your keys back sooner than later, so maybe I can come by some morning this coming week?
