It is now 01:00 for the second time today

This is probably a pointless post, because you'll probably already have it drilled into your head, but the majority of the world observes changing their clocks to "fall back" one hour as of right now.

A survey from last year discovered that the majority of people use the extra hour to sleep.

Others used it for sex, they said. But then they would spend the other 58 minutes for sleep, nonetheless. XD
