Heh. Apparently I was dropped off in front of my house, and Mom and Dad arrived 3 minutes home after I did and passed Seanna who said I wasn't home yet. Timing. :P

Anyhow, the spoils, as I said, is much more now...
Nadesico "Perfect" Collection
Dragon Half
Latest Newtype
"3VIL L33T" Megatokyo Shirt
Cowboy Bebop Faye/Warhol shirt
"Love Song" Artbook ^_^
FLCL
Voices of a Distant Star
Steel Angel Kurumi 2
A couple of "small" plastic posters

I found that "Love Song" artbook from Saikano! I haven't even opened it yet, but I'm so happy that I have it! *glee!*

I got FLCL as payment for my work! As well as Steel Angel Kurumi 2 and Voices of a Distant Star. :) I feel pleased that I worked this con now. ^_^

Chise won Best in Show! I'm proud that she did. She did an awesome job in effectively capturing Chise. ^_^ And the mecha gun-arm was incredibly well-done. ^_^

I saw this shirt at the con. Very cool. ^_^

Urgh, I'm so tired. I should update this tomorrow. Most likely when I'm at work.

A few cool links from B3ta.com...

Someone did the WHOLE "Weapon of Choice" video, with a STICK FIGURE! I appluad him for actually completing the project. I wonder how long it took him to create that.

Butch Mushroom. I couldn't figure out how to eat every different variety of bug, but it's strangely fun. ^_^

Other links of vague interest (XD): Here's my collection of anime that I've seen, seen some of, I want to see, and will not finish. And then, here's my (meager) Collection, and a (ever meager-er) Wish List. ^_^ I'll keep it as up-to-date as I can.

Oh, and looking for SaiKano stuff, I came upon The Cutest website dedicated to SaiKano EVAR.

So, a couple of days ago I observed that the gas prices were sitting pretty at 69.9, a few days after the power outage. Then bam, the next day, we're at 78.5. I was glad I didn't have to use my car much that week, and I only used up about half a tank of gas.

Today, I realized it was a Monday, so before going to work, I popped by the gas station near work (which is always cheap) and it was at 73.5. Not bad, so I filled up my tank.

Coming home this evening, it's now at 82.5. Incredible. A fluctuation of 12 cents over the course of a week. Are there any reports about gas prices on the news these nights? I wouldn't be surprised; the media loves going after the gas companies when the price goes up this high.
