Well, the CD Player is not exactly what I expected, but it's good.

What I expected: A Fully-wired ("IP-Bus") 12-CD Changer connected to a brand-new radio faceplace with controls for the CD Player built-in, perhaps a fancy, removable faceplace.

What I have: A Wireless (uses a shortwave FM station that the radio picks up) 12-CD Changer with a tiny additional Control Panel, placed above the middle vents, above the existing radio.

In order to use the CD Player, I have to turn on the little panel, and change the radio to the station that the 12-CD Changer is broadcasting on. It's a bit different than most typical CD Players in cars, I must admit... I'll get used to it eventually...

...but it bothers me that I was expecting something completely different. I've never seen this method used before.

F's and S's sound strange... dammit, the fricatives are lost on the FM Modulation. I wonder if changing the station the CD-Changer broadcasts will help at all...

They didn't give me a manual! O_o

Also, the CD-Changer isn't mounted to the roof of the trunk like most... it's located on the left-hand side on the "floor" of the trunk. If things were sliding around back there it'd knock it right out of its stabilizers >_< I put the Emergency Kit beside it to deaden any sudden impacts.

Today was a pretty nice day. I went and visited a pair of friends (Christine and Sabrina, different times).

Christine's moving back with her family and planning to move into another job sometime, but this week she's decided not to work at Sunnybrook Hospital because her regular floor has become SARS-quarantined, and she doesn't want to catch it. I wouldn't, either >_<

Heh... she wants to get a video games system. I told her that the Batman game she wanted only came out on GameCube - someone correct me if the "Batman: The Animated Series" games came out on other systems.

She also showed me this funny DVD - Elephant Parts, which had these incredibly funny videos from the early 80s. One of the Monkees put these together before MTV was around, and they're brilliant. ^_^

I met Sabrina at the AnimeXtreme store, and go figure, they've got more Chobits stuff in. >_< Little stampers and keychains... Thankfully, I had exactly $0 in my wallet... otherwise I would've picked something up. That store just likes to hand me stuff I want >_<

So, tomorrow I go back to work (morning shift... blah), and the evening I have to work at Swap Shop (they desperately needed me... *sigh*) and then onto my Grandma's birthday party. I'm going to be so exhausted... O_o

I wanna play Wind Waker, dammit

I'm still winning that Martial Beat game! O_o Amazing...

Robots Love their Mommies too. Mother's Day is on March 30th.

If you haven't seen the Pygmy Shrew, you might not understand the second in the series, the Mourning Leopard.

This is pretty interesting... considering that I've never seen a Flash Animation use a printer before. Printer Roulette.

New Weebl. 4 pees.

Check this out... It's a whole bunch of Japanese Emoticons! It's stuff like ^_^ and \(^o^)/ . Some of them are incredible. Look up "tabako". ^_^
