My job is great - but the one thing I hate about it is the phones. Because of the poor quality of reception and the constant hum of the machines, I can't hear anything clearly - unless I crush my ear to the receiver, which hurts after a short time. When Sabrina calls, I find myself either straining to hear her, or saying "sorry?" a lot. I want to enjoy the conversation, and not have to deal with crappy phones. I need a better way to talk with her or my nighttime shifts...
