I've mentioned Greggman before, but I just re-visited there and found a neat little article about Cafe Rodney. Remember Parappa The Rapper and UmJammer Lammy? Rodney Greenblat is the character designer for those games, and apparently he has a cafe. Lots of cool little drawings - check out the picture of PJ Berri (the DJ-Bear) on Greggman's mug!

Another random click and I have some information on the Lilo and Stitch DVD. It's coming out much sooner than you think. Quote:
"Set to street on 12/3, this SINGLE-disc set (yes, that's right - SINGLE-disc) will include anamorphic widescreen video (1.66:1 aspect ratio), Dolby Digital 5.1 audio along with deleted scenes (presented in various states of completion), both new and old InterSTITCHals (aka teaser trailers), a featurette with country star Wynonna, the A-Teens music video for I Can’t Help Falling in Love with You, interactive games and the interactive DisneyPedia: Hawaii (featuring a behind the scenes look at the production and the island settings). SRP is $24.99 [US]. I also know that a number of features created for this disc, including director's commentary and the film's original "747" ending, are NOT on this edition. So I'm STILL left wondering if a 2-disc collector's edition isn't planned for 2003. I'll post more when I can confirm it."
Thanks to The Digital Bits for this information.
...There was an alternate ending? And no commentary? This must be the "let's get it out in time for Christmas so the kids snap it up" edition. Collectors [Sabrina] beware, I guess.

I found out that a couple of anime DVDs have Easter Eggs (hidden stuff) as well, thanks to Anime on DVD's Digital Omake. I found a couple of neat little things on my CardCaptors Movie DVD (still haven't watched that movie) and my BGC DVDs ^_^

I'm feeling sacked, and yet I took a full hour-long break at work today. Who knows what's going on in my body these days, it's a mystery even to myself.

Hm.

This weekend is iffy for me right now, in regards to what I'm going to be doing.

I'm working all week, so the weekend is free for me.

If one of my uncles decides not to go up to Nippising this weekend, the family (Jake and myself included) will go to Nippising.

The Toronto International Film Festival is on, as well. I want to see Spirited Away (Miyazaki's newest film). That's on Saturday and Monday. I highly doubt I'll have Monday off, but maybe I can wrestle an extra hour or two out of someone at work so I can go to the Monday showing (1pm).

It al really depends on external events - this time I can't really control them. *shrug* Wierd.

I found an interesting Pool-Party game - Splash.

There's a chance that Nelvana has picked up the anime RAVE. How bizarre.

If anyone out there has any graphics skills, Production I.G is holding a Wallpaper Contest for Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Basically it's "take our pictures and make your own wallpaper". Looks like a cool idea. I'm going to look at them and see what I can think of. ^_^

Have I mentioned Ninjai before? Go. Watch. Be amazed. :)
