Finally had the chance to sit down and watch Julie & Julia with Christine tonight. I had been deliberately not watching the movie at work so that I could watch it with her. It's a great inspirational story, and actually gave me hope in continuing with the Bakery. It shows that it takes a lot of dedication, and (as many of my books have been telling me) an awful amount of balancing between the business and personal life as well. It's difficult to handle, which is why I'm starting to chisel-down the Notepads that I have in my pockets. If I can eliminate even half of the "little thoughts" floating about on those notepads, then I have a chance at getting myself focused and organized enough for my own business. (And while I was watching, I was getting inspired; I ended up cleaning most of the kitchen afterwards in preparation for making something tomorrow, and also wrote down a list of things-to-do that I had been putting off - like cleaning the fishtank and watering the plants. Oops.)

Interestingly though, I have been seeing a lot of conflicting detail recently in terms of handling the business. In a pseudo-interview with our cafe miss Amy who is leaving, she pointed out that as I don't have any experience in the kitchen, and I really need to figure out where I'm going with this. I can't bake if I run the business, and I can't run the business if I bake. The Buttons are winning out with me right now ;P

This evening I'm feeling much better - I sat-up for the majority of the day and finally felt better, which leads me to think that I might've delayed my wellness by staying in bed. :P But whatever, I also spent a good deal of my evening in front of my Desktop, and for some reason that was really liberating and fun!

Anyways, I should get to sleep... seeing that I'm still wanting to get over this, it wouldn't be wise for me to overexert myself ^^ G'nite!
